Interplay and Digital Mayhem are working on an interesting new concept for the PC. It's not often you get the chance to overwhelm your enemies with size and strength, not to mention chomp down on them for a little snack. But there's more to it then that.
The Story
Three different powers are battling for control in an exotic world in a vast nebula. These are the Sea Reapers, the Meccarynes and the Giant named Kabuto. It was the Sea Reapers, who created Kabuto in the first place, to destroy the Meccarynes. But Kubuto gained his freedom, and now he fights to control the island and keep his autonomy.
The Sea Reapers were once the dominant species on the island, but have escaped to the seas to retake their home from the invading Meccarynes and Kubuto.
The Meccarynes are a space-faring race, who are in need of a strategic place to complete repairs on their vehicles, they do not wish to share the land.
Game Features
Play as three different species, each with unique strengths, weaknesses, and weapons.
Kabuto - Standing well over 10 times the height of any other race, Kabuto, the giant, can swallow opponents whole but must keep his feet firmly on land.
Sea Reapers - Unpredictable, spiritual beings with the ability to foresee attacks, traverse the seas, and conjure up destructive tornadoes.
Meccaryns - Taking to the sky, the Meccaryns possess technological might and sheer strength in numbers to devastate the world.
Use the island natives to create weapons, vehicles, and traps, or just use them as an energy source.
Manipulate the landscape to create obstacles that the enemy cannot pass. Destroy the ground under your enemies' feet.
Take your creations and experiences from level to level to aid in future battles.
Continue the battle through 30 original worlds to prove your dominance.
Multiplayer mayhem ensues when you and your friends select your favorite species and fight to determine who is superior.
