Both my father and grandfather have told me stories of playing a chess game one turn at a time by mailing moves to a friend across town, or even half way around the world. em@il games Scrabble takes this time old way of enjoying a classic game, and adds a high tech twist. em@il games Scrabble lets you play the classic game by making your move, then e-mailing it to a friend. When your friend receives the opening move, the game is automatically sent along too. All your opponent needs to do is open the e-mail attachment, and the vocabulary battle is on.
I found the game play to be a little confusing at first, but after a turnor two it's as easy to play as the board game. I've always liked Scrabble, so I really enjoy this was of playing. The only negative things I have to say about em@il games Scrabble is that if you use more than one computer (for example one at home, and one at school or work) it is possible to receive the same move from your opponent more than once. Likewise, if you have games going with more than one opponent sorting our the different moves can also get a little confusing.
Overall I really liked playing this game. I sent moves to many friends and family members, and lost most of the time. That's ok though. The main purpose of games is to have fun, and that's one thing em@il games Scrabble is...FUN!
